It is odd that I keep seeing people of color getting off from violent crimes including murder claiming they are unfit to stand trial. Keep their names in a list close to you and when the next election comes, see if they were competent enough to vote Democrat.

Same pattern occurring in Colorado. Are "they" trying to say a certain demographic of people are just completely incompetent and therefore cannot be held responsible for their behavior??? That seems to be the message.

Interesting, the article didn't mention the judge's name. I assume we'll be seeing more of that in the future. Judge is a Newsom appointee. Surprise, Surprise.
