Explain how someone born in a place with no government does not have the right to believe in religion, until a government tells them they can.

You keep rambling on about being born with rights. The right to this, the right to that. While there are technically places without their own government these places are still governed by treaties. If you want to start talking about rights people are born with then we can break down the types of rights there are and what rights are. Things like legal rights, acquired rights, or positive rights. Innate human rights? I know of only one as all others have literally been made up in society as we have evolved. You have the right to life. Other than that, NOBODY OWES YOU ANYTHING simply because you exist.

What are rights? In the most simple and AI terms, they are:

"Rights are legally, socially, or ethically enforced rules of entitlement, freedom, or protection that define what individuals are allowed to do or what they are owed."

Yes, enforced rules. Enforced by Man. These are not innate things. These are human constructs.

As you all know the actor who plays Jack Reacher was in an altercation with a Karen while riding his motorcycle with his kids. Twas on the news. I got bored and was able to find Karen's house as well as Mr. Ritchson's house a few blocks away. $4.5M houses all through that neighborhood. Cool stuff lol, just thought I would share.

Iryan Zarutska thought she had a right to live but instead Decarlos Brown killed her and the State of NC refuses to hold Brown accountable for his actions. Or as Trump proved, if you're a maniacal leader of a country that constantly threatens the US and its allies, your right to life may get terminated. Even Jesus had to forfeit his right to life.
