There is a 10,000 word limit here. But, here is a simple start: by insuring that people in psotions of power do not discriminate against people they have power over.

Are you familiar with anti-discrimination laws, and their effectiveness?

I've never seen work place discrimination where I live..

You can go the the lumber mill and there is Black, Mexican, Asian, and White dudes as Well a Females of all different races working together..

You go the marina and look at the fishing boats you see all different races..

Same with construction, Logging, lawyers, Doctors, City crew, etc.

Idk bruh.. Where I'm from a dependable hard worker gets respect regardless or race or gender and will have no problems with employment.

DEI should not be a qualification or deciding factor in any job where that person being hired has the life or lives of other people in their hands. Period. DEI hiring is a racist thing to begin with. Let's hire this person because we feel guilted into it by people who think everything should just be given to them.

DEI is like a participation award for being a certain race or ethnicity or gender. It's like if you're kid is retarded but they still give him an award at the spelling bee even though he can't spell...it's a soft, feminine feel good delusion so feelings don't get hurt...part of neomarxist identity politics...when always the most qualified or most meritorious should be hired for any job. So like for an airline pilot, DEI establishes racial quotas for hiring, instead of hiring based off merit, and that'll get people killed. That's terrifying. DEI is like letting Stephen hawking play basketball because there's not enough white people in the NBA, even though it's completely retarded to approach life that way and makes everyone miserable and causes system failures.

Did rob ever have to work with DEI and experience its challenges, frustrations and sometimes even dangerous. It get worse when they are in leadership positions they are not qualified for. I’m speaking from personal experience and hearing from my friend that’s in upper management at Target that experience the DEI policies.
