Who would you rather have flying your plain?? A pilot that got the job because of his race or a Pilot that is the most qualified regardless of race?

BTW.. I've never had a single issue finding employment in my life.. I don't need DEI it's racist..

To in an argument, both can be right. A lot of it is based on personal preference. You have to be able to defend yourself if they provide a fact. For example, is JL Audio better than Kicker? Truth is, it all depends on personal preference, but the debate will still go on. Like Biden vs Trump. If you prefer crazy, delusional, and lies, you would prefer Biden. If you want to make America great again, then you support Trump.

JL vs Kicker is one thing. Biden vs Trump (2020) is were you run into alot of distortion, delusion, lies and other debate tactics to even get close to even.

We had a color blind society for a sliver of time. Remember when we all watched The Cosby Show and (white) people looked up to the Huxtables. Same with Family Matters, etc. But the DNC/left couldn't allow that and had to play identity politics and drive a wedge between blacks & whites. Team Blue has really f'd us.

There is no "out of context". There is no context that could make this sentence acceptable:
“If I see a black pilot, I’m going to be like, ‘Boy, I hope he’s qualified.’”
So Charlie assumes that a black pilot is not qualified because a system is in place to try to prevent discrimination.

Why doesn't Charlie look at a white pilot and worrry? Why doesn't he look at an Asain pilot, and worry? Female?
What is it about the pilot being black that caused him to worry?

I guess whenever we see a white judge who was appointed by Trump, we should assume they got the position becasue they are white.
