Current draw difference between 2000@0.5 and 2500@2?

Im about to switch from my IA20.1 (ran at 0.5 ohms around 2000RMS), to a KX2500.1 (benched at 3000RMS, will be ran at 2500RMS @ 2 ohms).

Just curious as to what kind of current draw i should expect to see from the KX in comparison to the IA at 0.5 ohms, if that is at all possible to predict.

Any input would be nice! this is considering the whole setup remains exactly the same, except for the amp swap.

guess = bout the same i'd say........ alot of the older kicker amps draw heaps of power

Nope, I believe there are test results on here to show that the kx drew a shitton less of current than the Ia. Sell me that kicker though lol
