shouldn't be a need to "change" it. check the website and get the manual to get the fuse rating and make sure your fuse coming off your battery is about that size.

 
the fuse for your big three (battery + to alt +) should be the size of your alt amperage output, so it will depend on the type os car you have. and yes, put a 150a fuse on the wire going from the battery to the amp.

 
the 100 fuse should be ok, i would do 120 to be safe. you want a fuse rating that is close to the output of the alt. the job of the fuse is to protect the wire and so that eletrical components don't fry up. If your fuse is either way too small or way too big, then the fuse does the wire no good.
