Not much of an update today... with food and drinking and whatnot...

Put in the threaded insert for the amp panel:

Bolts up nice and straight!

Tomorrow I'll glue the double baffle together then drill the pilots for the speaker and the trim panel.

I'm starting to reconsider t-nuts for this build... this thing is friggin heavy..... I may just go with a plywood ring under the baffle... but the sub needs to be taken out to get to the amps... Hmmm...
