I love me some cheese grits with a decent sized of butter plopped right in the middle of it all with a side of bacon and eggs. Damn, I'm gettin hungry.

I have no idea wtf GEAR is.......but I have a feeling that guy lost weight to fast like others have said. I weighed pretty close to what he weighed before and weighed 188 at one point. Didn't have any skin on me that was extra, he probably lost it to fast somehow. Sounds to me like he uses drugs to help him.

i'm 6'2 and most i've ever weighed in my life was 150... that was in february of this year, now i'm stuck at 140, i seem to only gain a pound a month, i must have tapeworm or a thyroid problem, i hate my metabolism

I happen to love them.

I'm almost shocked that people in iowa dont eat them.
