Is it getting hot?Do you have another amp? You can see if it is the connection or the amp itself.

It could be something as simple as the remote wire messing up
Amp isn't staying on long enough at one time to get hot. Remote wire checked out fine. I don't have another amp to hook up unfortunately.

Here's the other thread with more about it.

Are you sure the subs are wired to the correct impedance? Try getting a DMM and testing your voltage at the amp and see what happens when it cuts out
It's a single d2 sub. I'm about 99.9% sure it is wired to the correct impedance. I don't have a dmm at the moment, but I guess I need one anyways.

A DMM would be helpful. Reset your gains using the DMM. Clipping will cause some amps to go into protection. Having to low of voltage will cause amps to go into protect hence why i asked about your electrical system. Also if you amp is 1 ohm stable and you have a dual 2 ohm sub, you aren't running it below impedance, especially with impedance rise.

I did a real quick look up and down all my wires and none of them looked cut. That's why I was thinking the wires inside my box might be crossing some how.

And fuses are definitely fine.
