ahh.. been drinking Smirnoff Rasberry Twisted Vodka.. yummy.. very tastey and does the job..
Man, I know that the connotation for what I'm about to say is kind of gay but Pilates would be something you should look at. I've been doing a lot of research on it and did a workout last night and it's actually pretty intense. I mean some of the things they do takes a lot of body strength. Hell even the buff guys over at bodybuilding.com say it's difficult to do some of the courses. I'm with you, I don't want to get buff again...been there done that and it just doesn't get the ladies like I thought it would. I'm going for tone and lean this time and hopefully come December I'll be close to my goal.I was thinking about getting a couple weights.
Maybe a set of 8 lbs and a set of 15 lbs.
I don't want to be Arnold Swarzta...., but have good energy and not so tired out after ***. I don't know what that's called...endurance training. I am not sure if that means more cardio or more muscle or what.
that is so epic //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif :laugh:I say right when she is mid sentence. Like the other day she says she's done talking to me because I was acting all weird, and I just yelled fail and she hung up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
15-20 reps. You should be tired after about 15-20 reps. Really can't tell you how much weight. What is a good amount to start out at with this higher rep / low weight?
I guessed 8 lbs. I am not sure.
8 lbs maybe 25 times?

I would go read over at bodybuilding.com, they have so many stickies that will surely answer your questions it makes any caraudio site stickies look like childs play. A workout that I was looking into was thisWhat is a good amount to start out at with this higher rep / low weight?

Around here at the gym I go to, they offer classes that are 3 times a week 60 minutes long. Just go to some gyms and ask what kind of courses they offer, they will most likely have something that will fit your schedule. Is pilates something you can do in not a lot of time?
Say I had 30 minutes per day (5 x week)
Icetee and I agree that saying FAILso what have I missed over the last couple of days?
yep it is pretty detailed and the thing I liked about it was he explained his reasonings for using it and he had a FAQ section. Looks nice to meThat 12 week program looks pretty nice, and detailed.. might have to work on that.. lol

Well, yeah, I guess 8lbs at 25 thrusts per rep would be pretty decent. You should go for as many reps as you can handle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif*** = exercise.
