how long have you been working out for? I want to get back in shape again, it pisses me off how I lost 50 pounds but now I've gained it all back. I know what you mean by you feel better, I felt amazing back when I was in shape.

Not too long actually, less than a week, and the results are a night and day difference. I've been on a semi-diet since January and just kicked in a nutritionally refined diet about a week ago.

If my parents cut me off insurance I don't know what I'd do. As long as I'm in school they keep me on theirs.

My parents cut me off as soon as I went to college. I now get insurance through my job. Pay about $100 a month for it.

Ice, there are some targets that have clinics that are cheap I think.

Nearest Target is 80 miles away, but then again that is closer then Detroit.

It's actually more about 50 lbs, but yeah. Just by simply changing my diet. I drank regular soda by the gallon before I went on my diet, and I'm sure stopping that is what helped the most.

I agree. I quit drinking regular pop as well.

I'm almost to the point to were I don't even drink diet soda anymore. Soda in general is sooo bad for you. It contains absolutely no nutritional value at all, except sodium, which I get more than enough of from tuna.

the corn syrup is what does you in, that's why whenever I was on my diet I didn't even drink sports drinks either. It was either water or milk and SOMETIMES, very rarely I would have a gatorade every now and then.

I dunno seeing that site makes me want to just switch my diet for now and work out later.

There aren't really any drinks that don't offer a major drawback beside water unfortunately.
