Actually, 2K I have played quite a bit of both. I prefer limit because you can actually make more money consistently playing limit.
And tell your friend that the object is not to play with pros. The object is to play with people who do not know WTF they are doing.

lol we know the object is to be consistent it's just cool that he can say, Yeah I've played in a tournament with pros. I don't think it was the WSOP but it was something pretty big.

The first book I bought was for limit style playing but touched on no limit and tournament style playing. They both have a lot of the same truths, just a little different playing style. I meant where in Tunica...but yeah we need to make a date so I can ask off and surely this far in advanced he will do it. Also I think I might get a hotel room that night and stay and play at the casinos. What are your plans?

It is too long of a drive to drive down there and back in one day.

I thought the casinos would be good as people can only talk about car audio for so long.

Yeah, we used to stop there on our way back from Gulf Shores Alabama(it's the family trip every year). Yeah I know what you mean about driving up there and then having to drive back. If you are going to get a hotel too we should just get a room and then split the cost. I may have a friend come with me.

I think a bigger thing is setting a date...we can work on arrangements then.

I may have a friend come with me as well(the poker player, lol) but just in case I wanted a back up plan because like you yourself said, I'm all about being cheap.

Yeah we need to set a date the 1st or the 8th would probably be the best choices. Thoughts?

You bringing a friend works out better. My friend has a lady-friend who lives near there where we can sleep for free.
