i got a dvd player from best buy right and i open the box and the **** thing is busted and has stickers on it and i'm like wtf is this shit?! i paid 200 dollars for it and it is THIS? so i take it back to best buy and this rude *** blond b!tch is like "well if you live in Nevada it's only 20 minutes from here why didn't you bring it back right away instead of 30 days?" and i'm like "who cares how long it's been i have the **** receipt i want my money back and i want the RIGHT dvd player" then the manager comes over and tells me that there has been a fraud with that brand of dvd brand name was Insignia and i was like well now you tell me but i got my money back and the right dvd player and i was good

What a coincidence. I dropped mine saturday afternoon and it is teh borked. I sent it out today for replacement. Luckily I pay for the insurance.
