Anybody ever take advantage of craftsman's "lifetime guarantee" on hand tools and such?

I broke two taps yesterday making my new fuseblock (1" thick copper) and I emailed them hoping to get them replaced.

They better come through.

I tried but they don't sell JUST the tap, only the tap and drill combo sets. Plus the two I broke were part of an older set.

So who knows.
