you have a lot of self control and thinking. I guess if/when i get married i will see it your way. But after seeing something like that. Id like to think that I would be out. Especially if she showed no remorse.
Yeah, I was pissed. Pissed beyond belief. Had I gone straight home, instead of out with some work people (had to brown nose a bit) I think it might have gone differently. As it was I had an hour or so to cool down.

Yes, I can agree with that. Truthfully I am not ready to toss 10 years of marriage down the drain if I can salvage it. Thats my plan at this point at least. Some people will probably think I am crazy for it if they see some of the stuff, but I feel it's worth it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
If you honestly think it is salvageable then go for it. I personally don't see how it could be salvageable. My bets are placed on her just learning how to cover her tracks better. I could never get over it either. I am on 8 years and wouldn't hesitate to lawyer up in this situation.

to each their own though and if you honestly believe there is a chance then go for it. I hope for your sake that you are an exception to the statistics.

I don't know...really....if it is salvageable. I do know that I would have a hard time living with myself if I did not at least try. If it comes to pass that it does not work out, at least I will be at peace with myself about it.

Being a mediator is the shyt. Honestly, it may be the best job for a lawyer in the whole wide world. Here is why:
1. Very good rate of pay.

2. You are not having to try to fill a timesheet with .3 review corrsepondence, .2 telephone call bullshit.

3. No where near the pressure of litigation. Ne deadlines to miss, etc.

4. If the case is not resolved, it's no skin off your back.

The problem:

Breaking into this area is pretty dam hard. You just about have to be a seasoned litigator, ex judge. This is complicated by the fact that you have to be experienced and yet not have a reputation for being too pro-plaintiff or defendant.

I have heard baby lawyers say they want to go into this and I have been like this://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif, yeah I bet you would.
My step dad does this and seems to like it.

Sorry to hear whats going on, Reason. Can you provide me with cliffs though to get me upto speed?

Also i agree with Iam, be careful not to teach your children how to have a dysfunctional relationship. I see the damage and low self esteem this can be a catalyst for in almost all the girls i date.

Thankfully some crunkness did happen through out all of this, I am moving into more advanced types of work at...work. A benefit of my going out that night, and coming in on two of my days off for additional training. I will now be doing interface related functions, with an eventual move into an Interface Architect position when it's created. Sounds a little odd, but basically I've been here for a bit less than a year, and am somewhat beginning a transition out of level 2 support into a more advanced field within the company. Lots of growth here right now, so unless I royally **** it up, it should lead to good things. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Cliffs: Busted the wife for cheating. Installed a keylogger on the pc. When that turned out to provide me with previously unknown discussions I proceeded to install vnc on the pc for remote observation. I then installed a software that provided screenshots for the times I could not remotely monitor. At that point I basically gave her enough time to royally get herself fcked (figuratively and literally it seems) and then printed it all out and called her out on it. If we don't work it out, it will be some nice lawyer fodder at least.

I think it would be everyones first through to GTFO but I do see what you are saying. You go into this and if/when things finally are over you can at least know inside you did everything you possibly could to make it work.
I think that may we worse actually divorcing right away and having second thoughts down the road than going about it your way. Even if you do find you can't get over it and split at least you tried.

I would seek some type of marriage counciling ASAP a good one can help greatly just remember the first one will not always be it so you may need to check out a few. After 1-2 visits you should get a feeling for them and know if it is someone you can possibly trust.

Word, this is why we really need to get CT private. Sadly seeing shit like this makes me want to never have kids. I would imagine if there were no kids involved he would already have been able spit much easier.

Very true, had there been no kids I think I would have been much more likely to just throw in the towel.

x2 on CT getting private. Someone do an intervention on goob and get him sobered up enough to make it happen? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Agreed. Get someone involved who doesn't have emotions and prejudice.
