I don't really care anymore. I hate my job, even though it entails doing almost nothing all day.
My boss makes it absolutely impossible for me to be remotely satisfied with what I do. He's such a douche, he makes me hate this job.

Then it is justified.

BTW, I want to know why the Do Over hasn't been handled yet? The thunderdome is getting out of hand.

sucks man. seems like everyones' boss is pissing them off. Give it a lil, then have a talk. On friday I had a talk with mine about those long *** things. he also said to me he noticed I was getting more and more impatient. We talked it out and today we met for less than an hour talked through what we had to do and that was it. Finished that project, and all is well. Tell him whats up, then see if he continues.

cuz all of CT personnel arent mods. MoT, RS, and DB are great mods, but still only 3.

You don't understand. My boss has NO social skills, whatsoever. He does not know how to talk to anyone. He delegates EVERYTHING to me. He's sneaky as shit...if I do something wrong (which I haven't done since my first month or two), he won't say anything, and will blame it on me when emailing our VP (who we report to).
I cannot talk to him on any level. He thinks he's a smart man, when in reality, he's the dumbest person I've ever met. I honestly think he was either raised in seclusion, or he has some sort of mental defect.

I do 75% of his work, and rarely get a thanks. He doesn't even ask me to do his work anymore, he just drops it in front of me, or says "you've gotta do your ___ report." your report. That's what irks me the most. It's not his responsibility anymore, apparently, it's my report.

So then you do have something to talk to him about. But you are doing the right thing, finding a job first. Then you can say what you want. OR you can say what you want and see how much of a ***** he is, see if he fires you or not or leans more on you. Its your call.

I'm looking for a new job now. It's hard trying to find something without a degree, even though I've sent my applications to several people and made it clear that I will be graduating in August.
He won't fire me unless I give him very good reason to. He's become too cushy here, he does nothing all day, comes in late 2-3 times/week, and leaves at 3-3:30 every day. If I left, he'd have to actually do work, and work an 8-hour day, which he won't like.

Oh, well say to him what you want, even if he doesnt respond, he will HEAR you. And he will probly just complain to the VP. fuk it. Good luck

I got a vaccum leak, and I was told to start look at the PCV valve. I can't find it! I know it's right in front of me, but I can't see it.
