I have questions about my resume. With my current job, should I break it down to show progression with the company, or just list my current position?

With education, should I list my community college experience, or just list my university experience and go into more detail about any specialized training?

I started as a part time cashier for about a year, then became electronics department head and keyholder for another year, then loss prevention for the last 1.5 years. I planned on leaving off my 3 month affair with GM. I was thinking of leaving off my community college experience and focusing more on a detailed version of my current university experience.

I would put the current job but mention the promotion in the sub bullets.
I wouldn't list the cc experience, just the university experience. I didn't put too much into that because I go to a crappy school.

The internship asks for proficiency in Excel so I think I'll copy and paste the class description for the Excel class I'm taking under my education.
