Here's some Cliff's for you, bdaws....
Two members here, one with the username KARLEON (who according to his registration date has been around for a great long while) and another member with the username Ibanender made a deal.
K was supposed to pay I a total of $1000 in installments.
The details of the payment plan were pretty shady but both parties proceeded anyway.
Apparently K was late on a payment or three but I allowed him to go ahead and pay out the remainder of the grand until it was paid in full anyway.
So - once that total is paid the seller decides that he is simply too busy to ship out the buyer's gear - even though he has been paid in full.
While true the buyer was late on some of the payments the bottom line is that the total did get paid in full.
A month+ after the bill has been satisfied the seller still hadn't shipped out the amps.
The buyer made thread after thread on multiple forums trying to get ahold of the seller to no avail for awhile until just recently. All the while various people are defending the asshat seller saying crap like "He's really busy" "He's got a lot going on" etc etc etc.
Finally the asshat seller decides to log onto one of the forums where these threads had been posted and starts slamming the buyer calling him names, telling him that he can just bloody well wait and the amps will get shipped when they get shipped, blah blah blah.
Then this asshat seller decides to log on here (where the deal originated to begin with) and magically he was able to get that shipping info to UPS yesterday! Imagine that...
He tried (in vain) to defend his actions but between myself, Noah, and WhoSayWho? he was effectively shut down with nowhere to go with his idiotic defensive statements but back into whatever hole he had been residing in up to that point.
