He plays in them. He can play guitar, bass, and drums. The cool thing is that he lost his ring finger at an accident when I was smaller and had to relearn how to play the guitar with three fingers. My dad says that Hendrix's guitar had such a different sound because he did that... something about the pickups on the guitar being at a different location, or picking up different frequencies or something. Lol.. he even has a couple left handed guitars that he flipped upside down to make right handed and changed the strings.

Since I downloaded and removed several programs attempting to remove the DRMs unsucessfully, is there a program I can buy that ensures "UNINSTALL" removes all of it? I'd hate for my new computer to be clogged up with a bunch of remnant programs that didn't completely uninstall.

Ever tried Regclean? Its really the only program ive seen that does an excellent job of cleaning up your registry after you've done alot of uninstalls. Its popular at some of the local DOIMs too.

If ya need a copy, i'll hook ya up.

I never used anyh programs. My mother's computer always gets slow because she downloads games (like slingo and stuff) and I think when she uninstalls, it doesn't get it all...and over time her computer gets slower and slower. I don't want that to happen to mine. I'd appreciate the hookup snoop.
Also, I am going to try this networking thing. I am bring my laptop over my mom's house and going to see if I can access a file on her computer from my computer. There is a file on her computer that can strip the DRMs (I DL'd it). I am going to see if I can plug my ethernet cable into the router and access that computer. Once I plug it into the router, what is next?

Well, you'll need to set your computer's networking card to DHCP. This basically means that any IP that the router assigns to your computer, it will let join the network. Assuming your both running XP, you need to find out what your mom's workgroup is called and make sure your computer has the same workgroup name too. Typically "workgroup" is just fine for the name of your network, but sometimes people change it for some dumb reason so you at least need to make sure they're named the same on your pc and your mom's. Next, you'll need to find a folder or drive on your mom's computer you'd like to share on the network. Then its just a matter of sharing it there. Then you can go to your computer and look under Network Neighborhood and you should see the shared drive or folder there.

There is a free program called Revo Uninstaller that scans the registry after it uninstalls a program for any leftover crap.
