Then our understanding is different. Wet is a trait of liquids not water specifically.

A snowflake no longer contains or is covered in liquid.

And that is the crux of my argument.

It is no longer a snowflake once it starts melting. It's structural integrity will go first ruining the main trait that makes is a snowflake.

The snowflake would not be a full snowflake. Say half of the snowflake is now water, its a half snowflake, and half water. Therefor the water is wet and the snowflake is not part of it. unless it is in it for the short period of time liek iam said.
