It doesn't matter what the precise temperature is...it cannot exist in conditions that are not cold. If it is transported from a condition of "cold" not a condition of "not cold", then the snowflake would turn to water.

not instantly. so therefor it would be a snowflake in the "warm", until it turn into warm water. So there could be a warm snowflake. Nobody does it though, it gives you the power to keep trolling this thread.

Every person defines cold differently. For me, I'd rather not be outside if the temperature is below 50*. Others, 30* is an acceptable temperature. Hot and Cold are arbitrary definitions based on the presence or absence of heat compared to standard. My standard is 50*

so if 30 is warm to me, then snow is warm.....

not cold.

It can and has snowed when the temperature is 40 degrees. It depends on cold the atmosphere is.
