Like as soon as it starts snowing, you drop what you are doing to go out and shovel it? Or do you wait for it to pile up or what?

If I know it's going to be a lot, once it's gets to 3 - 5in I go do it. It starts to get heavy after a while. I think I'm going to buy a snowblower for myself this year.

Where is all this snow they talk about on TV?Some kind of Lake Snow....whatever that is.

Lake effect isn't in all areas around the lake as the name implies.

Also, don't let the snow get to 1' in front of your door. Even if it did, 1' could be moved fairly easy.

I hate HP but those are nice specs. Have you checked the black friday ads yet? I seen some good ones in there in that price range.

It isn't a pain in the ***. Shovel your walkway, then when it is done snowing, snowblow your driveway. If you don't live in the snow belts, you rarely get 12" snowfalls.

Many knock HP, but I have had luck with my 3 year old HP laptop. I had to do a fresh install of WindowsXP when i got mine because of all the bloatware that comes with them. I would do that with nearly any Laptop company though.
