The pros are:

1. Large urban area

2. It's in the north

3. 3 hour drive to Grand Rapids, 5 hours to Detroit, 6 hours to the Twin Cities

4. All of Detroit's teams play in the same division as Chicago's.

Cons

1. Not as segregated as Detroit

2. Higher cost of living

I have definitely considered Atlanta. My one time through Atlanta was nice. I'll forget about the body I saw on 75.
