Flip, you won't save much buying just a key BTW. What you pay for when you buy Office or any program is the key. The actual packaging and CD account for very little of the cost.

My school has ULTIMATE (whatever that is) for $59.99, which I guess is a fair price. I am going to go with that.

I guess I would need to uninstall the version I have though before installing this one.

Ya, you can't beat that. The school is the place to buy all you need in software. I would uninstall the old version forst, but technically you don't have to. The install of the new one will uninstall components it deems unnecessary during install. I just prefer to do it my self then install.
