I am debating to get the guy's number and call him to straighten it all out. I don't like this whole "going to the club maybe getting waylayed out of nowhere" sh1t.
I told my mom i'm just gonna beat the fk out of him next time I see him. She is begging me not too b/c I may possibly get arrested.

But since he just got kicked out of the club..I guess i could wait till someone sees him there, pay the $10 to get in, and just blindside him and beat the fk out of him til security gets me off. Hopefully, they would just throw me out and I'd get my revenge. However with that scenario, a month may pass and he may blindside me again. blah.

It is getting to the point where it is going to get worse and worse until someone else up locked up or dead. I honestly used to be the kind of person who thought people should handle themselves without involving the law but as someone with 3 felony A&B's on my record I can tell you it sucks finding a job and nothing it worth fucking up your life.. You can get a felony on your record for assualt and battery and pretty much ruin your chances of getting a job anywhere unless you find some halfassed place that does not actually do record checks.
You also then have the risk of if anything ever happens having that on your record and being labeled the 'troublemaker' no matter what really happened.

Also anger managment classes ****, I have probably done 300-400 hours or them and it is FTL, stories are funny sometimes but get depressing.

If you get multiple A&B's you will go to jail as I did, even on the first time if you hurt someone bad enough you can get time. A buddy of mind knocked out a guy and broke his jaw when the guy had asked his GF if she would have a threesome with him and his GF.. Did six months for that.

It just sucks all around man trust me, I have been at the same job for 7 years due to it when I should be making 2x what I do I can't due to having a record, you can find a job sometimes but if they ever run your record and find out you lied you will be canned immediately which would not be that bad for you now but the shit stays with you and in 10 years loosing your job after you are married with kids and a mortgage it is a much bigger issue.

Now I pretty much have to deal with shit from people, the only way I would hit someone would be if they hit me first and I have witnesses to it. Kind of sucks due to all the 'toughguys' out there but they were the cards I was dealt unfortunatly.

Anyhow I would just report his *** man, you have too much good shit going for you to fuk it up over something dumb that won't mean shit to you in a few years.
