Question: i am looking for a wax type substance I can use to make a mold of something. I am trying to make an OEM-type door baffle and don't want to use clay. I'd rather have something more form-fitting.
Any suggestions?

If you suggest fiberglass, how do you suggest I keep it from running?

I'd suggest stryofoam(spelling) you can buy large amounds of it and mold it.

as dev said you cut, and shave and sand it till you get it to the shape you want, then just cover it with aluminum foil or some other sort of covering and then fiberglass it

I am not unfair in my attitude toward different economic systems. If there is some value, I feel that I must mention it, less people get the wrong idea.
