Interesting article, but what the author misses is that in certain locations renting is much much much more exensive than buying.
My neighbor pays $400 more per month to rent than I do to buy.

Down here it can be just the opposiite. When we moved leased a house for 6 months just for the sake of expediency. Now, I have come to realize that an equivalent house would easily be $800 more a month to purchase. I am not in a big hurry to buy. I have only seen one house under 300k that I really liked, and I just can't bring myself to go over that. Hell, I really depise going that high.

It happens during the "withdrawl" of Paxil...as my brain doesn't make seratonin...or somethign.

be careful with depression, seratonin is a chemical that helps to control our happy feelings. turns out back when i went crazy a few yrs ago it was because my body wasnt creating enough seratonin
