looks like ill be filing a complaint against the campus police...
i had the music up in my dorm room (it gets pretty fvckin loud, i can shake shit on the floor beneath me and all kinds of other tricks, but you cant here it outside or on the first floor lobby)
suddenly the cops just walk in, no knocking or anything... a man and woman cop btw
they tell me the music is too loud, they could here it outside and in the first floor lobby, which i already know is impossible
but regardless, while trying to be as polite as possible i said "sorry officer, ill turn it down right now"
so i turned everything down 50%... and turned it on again as they walked out, imediatly they turned around and said that was still 2 loud and they were filing a complaint against me,
they then proceeded to look thru shit in my room and scan my ID's to run background checks on me... the guy starts askin if ive been in trouble back home and all kinds of shit
i simply reply, "no"
now i ask them who in the dorm complained about the noise (i only play this ish during the day and if ANYONE ask me to turn it down i apologize and turn it down, the RA's even like it, they think its cool)
the cops say no one in the dorm complained but that doesnt matter, they are filing a complaint against me
all i really can say is yes officer, you have a nice day (on the inside im pissed as fvck)
they leave my room and do the same thing to the guys across the hall
at this point im really mad, so i go down to the first floor lobby and ask the DA (desk assitant) if he could hear any music earlier, he said "not at all man"
i then got a piece of paper from him and was going outside to get the numbers off the cop's crusier so i had a way of identifying them, but at that moment the cops came walking out of the girls dorm into the lobby (joins the two dorms)
i asked them for their names and they began telling me their info, while i was writing stuff down the girl cop asked me for my name, i said "youve already got it"...
that apparently made her mad because she got in my face and told me not to get an "attitude" with her
i apologized, informed them that i would be going to the dean's office to file a complaint about the incident on monday, and told them to have a nice day
when they walked out i asked the DA his opinon of the Situation and he was just as mad as me, i got all his info as a ref/witness
then i went back up to my floor and got the kid across the hall's info
ill be getting all of the RA's info later today as well as the area coordinator
im gonna take this bish to the house
