the fiscal year ends in sept. We have to get the monies obligated. What happens is the contracts are less than what the estimates are...so people have to "free" up the money. At the end of the year, there is a giant rush to spend all the money.

Werd. I forgot about that. You guys are always 6 months off of the rest of us. Even my bosses don't think in those terms but the accountants do. Every year, they're like WTF? and the other blonds are like WTF?
