You're still using chlorine.(bleach, sodium hypochlorite) No matter what type of chlorine you use wether it's cal-hypo, tri-chlor, di-chlor, lithium chlor, sodium hypochlor. The second it touches H2O, hypochlorus acid is what's made and that is the active sanitizer!

If the chlorine level drops to a 1ppm or lower, it needs to be manually shocked with liquid chlorine or some other type.(liquid is preferred)

Salt Chlorinators, or Chlorine Generators are NOT made to increase chlorine levels, they're made to maintain it. Even though most modules have a 'Super Chlorinate' feature on them, they DO NOT bring the chlorine levels up to true shock levels. It needs to be manually shocked.

You must keep your Cyanuric Acid level between 60-80ppm. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!

You also still need to balance the water chemistry, i.e. pH, Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Total & Free Chlorine, Stabilizer, ect...

so I just found a place to live. I'm not real sure if I'm gonna like living with this guy or not but I can't beat the location and the size of the place. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex with a 2 car garage, huge living room, and a dining room, kitchen. It's probably the biggest place I've lived in not counting the two houses. But hell it's pretty close to the size of the house I lived in with my cousin.

they agreed that I could pay 350 a month to live there even if the electric bill is higher. The kid has like 5 computers and a server rack so he should be paying more anyways. But it's real close to my parents place, my new work, and the girlfriends house. It's central to everything I need. Just glad I found something.
