I just read about this today. I havent even read the thread. However, there are over half the mod team not happy and calling for the ban. Each of those WERE voted in last round so Flip's previous comment has no ground.

I do agree in hindsight it was way overdone. I will not agree to calling it a scam. That's ridiculous.

Justin, do you really believe SM was out to scam KR? Seriously...I know we can't get SM unbanned (like that really matters) but I have no problem sending KR $20 to clear the scamming thing. He didn't try to scam, or even want to scam. It was, imo, a joke that went too far.

He got more than his 20 back already.
