For about 3 months now I haven't lost a pound. However, I haven't gained a pound. I think I maybe destined to weigh 250 pounds for life.

Have you plateaued maybe? How long have you been dieting and losing weight?

Yep, sounds like you've hit a plateau. You can try a couple different things, but overall, you need to get your body unaccustomed to the low calorie diet again.

Some things to try would be zig-zaging your calories intake. 1000 cal one day, 4000 the next, and so on. Go for about a week or two.

You could also just try going slack on your diet for about a week. Indulge a little bit more than usual, but not too much. You need to be able to lose the weight again.

Also try different cardio exercises at the gym. If you normally do the elliptical, do the stationary bike or treadmill for a while.

My usual diet does fluctuate. I have just started using the treadmill instead of the bike like I had been. I rode the bike twice a day, but now I use the treadmill once and the bike once.

Anyone have any headunits for sale? I'm thinking in the $100-150 range. Just browsing at the moment though.
Might go higher pending the particular head unit.

On the weight loss issue..I have been trying to cut down the past 2 months. Total weight loss? About 4lbs...lawl..

Of course my cutting down is a totally different issue from yours.. Getting on my nerves watching my diet VERY CLOSELY and keeping my protein intake as high as I can as to not lose muscle mass...Tricky stuff... Hoping I figure i can figure it out better come July when I i have nothing to do for an entire month.
