Man you are about a day away from me on the map by foot. Work on building up resources and your warehouse storage for a day. Then check requirements in the help manual for military building. It should take you a day before you are in position to start making troops and farming the inactives around you. I use http://en18.tribalwarsmap.com/ to see the inactives in my area. Click on growth at the top of the map. Grey = logged on within a day, yellow over a day, then orange and red are 3+ and are prime candidates for farming as they probably gave up on the game.

Ill work on getting the tribe founder to set you an invite.
