My friend has a Scoop and loves it. Since I'm under contract I'd have to pay full retail price with is $215. A quick check of Ebay, and they are going for about $180 + shipping used. If I buy the phone new through Alltel, they'll wave the activation fee. small issue on the home front. teh gf's brother is coming to live with her. His folks are kicking him out...he has no place else to go...and now he is going to live with teh gf.

Then it appears she won't be moving in with you. Last thing you need is deadbeat relative problems. If the parents are kicking him to the curb, then I don't see how you letting him live with the 2 of you can turn out for the good. Tell him to find a nice bridge.

In some what related news, it appears my parents will not be attending my sister's wedding. Because of this, she has asked me if I would be the one to walk her down the aisle instead of my dad. This seemed weird to me so I changed the subject but did not give an answer.

Kinda shitty that your parents won't attend, not sure on the background of your sister, but I still think that isn't right.

And yea, it is kinda weird for you to walk your sister down the aisle, but I'd probably do it to make my sister happy.

The whole feud is because she got pregnant before she got married. She is marrying the father of her baby, but apparently pre-marital *** for a 26 year old is a disgrace.

Yeah, that is pretty dump imo, and I think your parents are acting ignorant. I could understand if she was sleeping around and all that, but she is marrying the father of her child.
