Have you ever worked on a problem and the solution not be what you expected it to be?
This has happened twice to me now.

-The significance of those laid off employees reskilling is practically nothing.

-I had a problem where we chose the best way to turn floating rate debt into fixed rate and had to come up with several possibilities. Instead of just doing the one I thought was best, I did them all. And the best answer was not what I thought it would be.
