Yes indeed. They cut costs where they can. Even though in my mind it would be easy just leaving the stock stuff where it is and running all new wire.

I guess it saved them a few minutes not having to run the wire into the doors. So I ended up with a few feet of some sorry (22?) guage.

I am thinking of asking Hoss to help me run the remaining wires through the door boot of my vehicle.

And actually unless you are running multiple hundred watts the stock wiring is more than sufficient for the short run from the dash to the doors.

lol. That is true as well. In an older car without molex its easy to run new wire. But when you get into molex connectors and stuff in newer cars its just not worth it unless it is asked for and a little extra is paid.

I thought Hoss could tie the wire to the end of his penis jewelry and then fvck the door boot. Of course soemone would have to untie it on the other end. Guess I did not think that all the way through.
