the kid puts a dampening on a lot of things but I wouldn't say he is the sole "reason" for damage in our relationship. We talked it all out Friday and it went well, she was basically just listening and gave some input on how to change up the discipline side of things. She actually said something along the lines of, "yeah I would like for him to have both of us teaching him things, both of us putting him in time out and what not." This was after i told her she spanks him to much and doesn't resort to time out or taking away activities or chores. I firmly believe in you should not spank your child unless they directly disobey you or do something that is just unthinkable. Otherwise, long timeouts, no fun should be the other answer.

with all that said talk went well and read everything I had wrote down. Now we just have to see if she will actually use this advice or not. He came in our bedroom this morning and she let him sleep in the bed. I got up and left because he was moving around and being noisy and sh1t. She asked me why I left this morning and I told her just that. "He was moving around and not laying still. I can't sleep with all that noise going on."

We shall see.

I have learned that trying to run wires through to the door in the dark sux. The passenger side wasn't that bad, but I took one look at the driver's side and said fVck it. Must be some trick to it.

Shove the wire in with one hand and massage the boot with a squeezing motion. Another trick is to tape wire to the end of a metal coat hanger and work it.
It isn't hard persay, but what happens to me is my body is not used to being contorted like that so many aches and pains the next day.

Even as an installer you get the same aches and pains. Some of that stuff you can never get used to.

Thanks for the tips -- I think I will try the coat hanger tomorrow. The passenger side wasn't that bad, just a little frustrating with the second wires. The driver's side obviously has a lot more factory wiring -- so I quit until I can see what I am doing better.
