It is alway hard for people to see their own fault. No doubt you have some though. One would be to explain that this situation is so new for you that your patience may be a bit thin and you need to work on slowly conquering this. I think this fits because what I hear is that you kind of expected this shit to work out real quick. You haven't been in this situation(living together) all that long yet. Explain you were a bachelor and may be a bit selfish about issues at time. From there hope she takes over and pitches in.
