Anyone know anything about rotator cuff injuries? Mine have gone from only clicking while exercising to clicking when I adjust my shoulders while I'm just sitting around. I stopped the exercises that made them click of course, but they seem to be getting worse for some reason. Want to go to the doctor, but I flat out just don't have the time to go till school is out.
