Well, all that ive had to do is get my number ported(transfered) from alltel. Everytime I call they give me the same line of bs and say that it should take in between 24 and 48 hours. Ive called them atleast five times and have yet to speak to anyone who knows what the **** they are doing.

On one occasion the sprint representative told me that I was wrong about my alltel information, so I got the alltel representative on the phone to tell her that she was retarded (he did) and still nothing got accomplished.

Uh... Mrs. Monkey's phone died after 8 months and got a replacement from AT&T for free. This was last week too.

Dunno. I don't remember what I got originally. All I know is that we have a 2 year contract and the rep said she had until the first 12 months were up to replace malfunctioning phones.
I don't know if that is a warranty, or AT&T policy.
