Oh boy, you just have to keep pushing him.Typical Flip there. Going and having a panic attack at the inconvenience of everyone else when they are trying to look to him for information.
"how its made" is a good nap show. that guy's voice is like a sleeping pill.Well, I'm going to take my typical Tuesday/Thursday nap while watching "How It's Made."
Really all I need to the guy to do is the wood work --- I am going to do everything else myself. It was nice to speak with someone who knew exactly what I wanted to do and why.Well, that's good all the way around then...I hope it all works out with you. Are you wanting to just drop your ride off or try and stick around and learn?
My audios are in suspense mode while waiting for home. I put my check from ins co in the bank for down payment. Now, I am just saving up for nicer down payment.
The credit union is offering 7 yr balloons at 5.15% starting 14 Apr. I am not knowing how long the promotion will last. Sad thing is, if I apply, I must find a place and close in 45 days. After the two houses I like fell through, I just look daily trying to find a place. Otherwise, I am stuck.
I don't quite follow your timeline. Is this May 18th?I bet. I would think on some level he just appreciates someone trying to do it right versus do it cheap.
This check was only $1,200 and the firm who cashed the check is the firm I'll be making the downpayment to, but I get your point. I called the agent on the foreclosed house...it looks as if the buyer has financing, but they are waiting on the seller (which is a mortgage company) will accept the lower amount. Which indicates to me, if they don't accept that amount, they probably won't accept mine. So, while the offer is in, it seems like it won't mean much.
So this leads me to another issue...if the promotion for the "cheap" loan ends on the 18th, and it typically takes 30 days to close, that means I must find a house and have the realator accept the offer within 10 days. So I could chose a house I like less because of the urgency, or I could wait for a house I liked better at roughly .75% higher interest rate.
It really is. I was watching Deadliest Catch beforehand and when it got switched over to How It's Made, I just overtaken by a sudden tiredness when I heard the music."how its made" is a good nap show. that guy's voice is like a sleeping pill.

Seems like out here every time I go view a full winnar house, it goes into pending status the very next day. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
