I admit that I have abandoned a few projects. I think we all have.
My last big project I gave up on was a fish tank computer. The next one I will probably never complete is a new entertainment center and speakers. But I'm still obtaining the necessary tools, so we'll see.

Let's say I could buy this house for $800 (everything included), it would rent for $1000.

in 5-7 years, or whenver you move, pay off as much as possible, refinance make payments lower, move and rent that bitch out.

hah, the thing is I actually believe it too. I think Harper was a quick study and I think they keep feeding the ball to Reggie because of his potential.
