It amazes me that these house flippers go through this much trouble...I mean the payoff isn't that great for the time and effort. Trading stocks is far far easier.

it really didnt seem that hard to me, if you have the right people. you see how bad that one deal went for me and my brother right? having to chase that guy around for $1200.

It is probably the most time consuming process I have ever been through.

hhahaha, it really isnt. i dont know. i think i missed a few hours of work for it, but for the most part it seemed pretty quick. except for that one, it took what 90 ays to get that deal done cuz that guy wanted to dick around and not be honest.
