The new house is nothing to get excited about...and causes an issue because I have no place to put my Mustang.
I dunno how the gf feels about parking outside while my truck and Mustang sit in the garage.

Good thing is we wouldn't have to have a lawn mower, I would probably use my parent's mower as it is very close...ie I help them mow their lawn in exchange for the use of their mower...and other similar agreements.

Teh gf said she is cool with the 2br/2ba as a starter home...and mortage payments are far better....makes mortgage even after tax and insurance in the high $700s, which is where I wanted to be anyway.
