Its not very big at all but it is a really neat house. The handball court is cool.10 rooms, gah
Actually pretty cheap.....
Some houses around here are in teh 2 digit millionz..
It depends entirely on the county but is public information if you call them.I am curious about how much the difference between tax assessed value and appraised value? Is there a rule of thumb, perhaps?
2008 taxes probably have not been calculated yet. But that is the treasurer that does that. Like I said assessed values to market value can vary greatly even in the same county since they only reassess so many properties per year.Interesting....
Everything seems to be tax year 2007. What I find odd is that these properties are selling for higher than "Total Market Value"....I look at my parent's house and there is no way they could get that much.
Totally depends. The county uses different methodology than an appraiser would.Specifically, this total market appraisal...
What does it miss that a bank may account for, etc.
They are most likely trying to turn a profit meaning they could have done some updating or are just trying to make a quick buck. Regardless it looks like there is room for negotiation. This property is odd.
It sold twice is 2006, once for $104k and again for $96k.
Now it is for sale for $125k.
Doesn't seem like my kind of deal....
