Time to move. lol Those prices can get you a shack here also, avoid ones that say Brooks county/Quitman. It's nicknamed "Little Decatur" for a reason. lolEven still.
$50k around here would get you a shack. And that's in a bad area.

I don't live in a bad area, just saying that $50k NEAR here would get you a shack. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifTime to move. lol Those prices can get you a shack here also, avoid ones that say Brooks county/Quitman. You and your numbers. Don't forget to factor in depreciation!I was talking to someone about marriage. He gave up frustrated when I tried to get him to caluculate the net present value of such an arrangement.
See, like that!Depreciation is a non-cash flow. It would increase the net present value of a project.

Never said I wanted to be just like you, but I do wish I knew a little more about financing/investing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gifYou don't want to be like me.
I break everything down into a series "cash flows" to determine if it was worth it to do x or y activity.
When I was in high school, I had a seven step plan to getting a girl's number. I didn't realize until sophomore year of college the reason why I was so unsuccessful is that I didn't seize the moment when I was too busy being caught up in the calculations.
I like to quantify things...I am aware. I try to assign values to those things to determine whether or not it is worth it to continue/discontinue/or advance the relationship.
How else do you know if you should?
Consider happiness. Do some things not make you more happy than others? Shouldn't you involve yourself in activities that made you more happy?

Happiness, love, friendship, etc etc are things that are worth way more than money.
