That would work out equally as well.
I assume we would have to develop a contract stating that in the event of separation, either party would pay the other party half the equity in the home. Or we can sell and split the proceeds.

Aiight so let me tell you bout whats happening. The back window in my devillain came off the wire. Randomly. Havent used it in over 6 months. My kenwood head unit froze up on me, meaning none of th ebuttons are working, so I have no music, since I cant enter the code to let it start up.

My brand new phone just vibrated itself off my night stand and cracked the screen. Couldnt believe it. My friend's girlfriend keep flirting with me. Im missin my friendgirls(****buddy's) birthday party, but im going to miami. She really wanted me to be there, but oh well. Miami should be pretty great. Oh, and I cant find a Part time job.
