I've never taken HGH so I have no idea. I have taken steroids before though. Honestly, I didn't "see" a difference in myself but I was able to do a lot more sets with way more weight. I only did one cycle though /shrug. It was an oral injection as well and not a needle. I went from doing 185 x 5 times to doing 185, 4 sets of 5 times. I also went from doing 70 pounds on barbell curls to 90 on barbell curls. Man those were the days!
