Crunk Times, My friend.....Crunk Times

Who knows?
No. I will move out next fall.

I do not wish to live in an apt as I dislike the whole experience. I gain nothing my renting a house from John Q Slumlord...pay the price of a house and gain no equity.

Currently, I can pay a nominal rent to my parents for all the priveledges and rights of living on my own. When I get back from Georgia, I will find a house.
I couldn't go through life with such an analytical approach to everything. I know the differences between owning and renting, but in reality, I personally don't care. I'd buy a house to live in, not looking at as in investment. I don't know about TN, but in MI it cost a lot more to buy a house then rent a house. Also with apartments, you don't have to pay on the upkeep, and besides, Why would I need a whole house for one person?

crunk times :

getting drunk at a friend place, and reading a text from a number you don't have stored saying "im waiting at your house. come home soon"

and coming home to your stripper ex GF waiting in her parked car.... because she "misses you"

Word and I've played all of those games. I'll check both of those places out, thanks for the recommendation.

yes just her and I. We were going to go to Corpus Christi with some of her friends but it's kind of a long story and now we aren't so she and I are going to do something.
I'd stay away from Miami personally. It's just a poor, crime ridden city. Only difference between Miami and Detroit is Miami has sub-tropical climate, palm trees, pretty ocean front, and less abandoned buildings. When i was in Daytona it wasn't bad, but that was January. I bet it'll be pretty retarded come spring break. I just hate all these people who gather around Carson Daly and yell "spring break, wooo" They seem like mindless bitches.

In TN, it is more expensive to rent than to buy. Those who rent either do so because their credit is of poor quality or because they don't want to do the upkeep.
I am not thinking about it as an investment. Consider this...would you go through the trouble of searching, buying a house that you will not live in for a year. Even if you rent, most places want a year lease. I won't be there long enough to make it work. I'd rather save my money to pay for school.

With apartments, you have mexicans playing whatever music that is at 2 am on Sunday, you have neighbors next door fighting while the others have small children that cry throughout the night, you have neighbors using the back of your truck as a garbage can. I would rather live at home than an apartment, even if they cost the same. Apts ****.
It depends on what building you get into. For $500-600 a month, you can get into the suburbs in a good quiet building. If you only want to spend $300 a month, then you are into the slums.

You are looking at least $800-900 for the burbs, about $1k for my neighbordhood.
In Nashville, I am thinking avg place around $600 mo.

My gf pays $525 plus all utilities for a 1 bedroom...aprox 500 sqft.

Hell, section 8 housing is more expensive than $300.
Michigan housing is not that expensive. Everybody says the south is so cheap, but Michigan for the most part, is low cost of living. Of course there are places that go well over $1000 a month in your exclusive areas, but the average middle class suburbs, are usually around $500-600 a month.

That isn't too bad. I think the difference is who owns the homes. Most of the homes in the south...well suburbs that I have seen are being borrowed rather than owned. People borrow the money to buy homes and then rent them out. They keep the difference between the two.
I'd assume that up there people own those homes outright and can accept less in monthly rent.
Actually Detroit has some of the highest foreclosure in the country. Housing is extremely cheap here now. You can move into Sterling Heights now, which is always ranked as one of the safest and best places to live for 150k. Detroit, you can buy houses for 50-80k

I think we've decided not to go to Miami so no worries //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. She isn't 21 anyways so it's not like we can go to clubs or anything like that.
I guess I'm an odd duck, but one year I went to Minneapolis for spring break.

All our mail carriers are white? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Hell my cousin is a mail carrier //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif Something don't seem right about the ad I posted.
other way around here, though the dude who delivers ours to the store is white.

yes I did actually, tried a couple of them out last night. Just an //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif the studded ribbed condoms hurt and **** IMHO....never again will I wear one. The crown condom though def feels like you are not wearing a condom, it felt wonderful.
Did it come in an unmarked box? My parents will be coming back from Florida soon, and I don't want a pail of condoms showing up while they are here
