So I went for an interview yesterday, for a marketing job. First, let me tell you that I was late for the interview, I was sitting on I-695 not moving. I couldnt figure out why. Well after about 2 hours i finally got moving. There was a camper on fire on the highway.... Took me 2 and a half hours to get 15 miles.........
Anyway so I get there, forgot my resume, thought they already had it.

FF to the interview.

It went ok, answered the questions well. I guess I got an OK feeling about the interview, but not enough to get the position.

But in the interview she asked me what my hobbies were (when she first asked that question I looked at her funny and said "really?!"), I said car audio car related stuff, video games and such. She asked me what my dream car was, I said an Aston Martin Vanquish or DB9. She chuckled and said thats funny. Why, you ask? BEcause the owner of the company has one. Thats right. And what else does he have, a supermodel wife from the UK. And since he is here and she is traveling, he bought a billboard with her picture on it out side of his office building so he can see her while he works. If that aint baller I dont know what is.

Anyway, I told bdawson and my mom i didnt think I got the job. So I was getting ready to go to work and she called me back, told me that I was selected (they were looking for 5 out of 20 or so people) and that I need to come back on Monday from 11:15am to 8pm for a second interview. No idea why so long.

So thats my story. Hope it makes sense.

Yes, if I was essentially forced into the job, Hero, I would try to do it to the best of my ability... but I don't want the job and consequently do not care to be put in a position to have to make that decision, you know?

Site moderation is a crappy job at best (completely thankless and no pay - gee there's a motivator for lobbying for the position!!!) and a massive headache at worst.

No bloody thank you.
